We respond to alarm callouts and attend to all emergency situations round the clock. As your keyholder we carry out lockdown patrols as well as monitoring all activations from your premises which includes coordinating with the relevant authorities. Our Keyholding Service provides an “unlocking and locking” service as we are able to open your premises, unset the alarms and activate a secure electronic entry system for your staff to use when they arrive. In the evening, our licensed Guard can return to the premises, ensure that all doors and windows are properly secured, and on leaving, set your alarm system.

We provide a key-holding and 24 hour response service for all manner of businesses and domestic clients. Our staff are uniformed, fully trained and equipped to deal with any situation that could potentially confront them. Specifications for alarm response differ from client to client and we have the flexibility to ensure that your exact escalation procedures are met – whether that is calling your external keyholder, dispatching a mobile patrol officer with a key, or simply calling the authorities.

We operate a dedicated alarm receiving centre. The time between receiving the alarm activation and the resulting response is vastly reduced.
